What you need to know before applying:
- This application will stay with the property.
- The application is subject to availability of water on the particular ditch lateral nearest to the property.
- If your property receives water the cost of inclusion into the EPID will include:
Inclusion Fee
Mapping Fee
Administrative & recording fees
Water rights transfer fee to Oregon Water Resources Dept.
Construction cost for facilities to deliver water.
* The cost is typically $3000 to $5000 *
