CHANGES TO LATE FEES:
Due to recent changes by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we can no longer accept payments based on the date they are dropped in the mail, as local post offices no longer apply same-day postmarks. Mail is now transported to Portland, and the postmark often reflects the date of processing, which can be 1-3 days after you drop it off, resulting in late fees. To ensure timely payment, we require that payments be physically received by the due date or, if using mail, hand- stamped inside the post office on the day of mailing.
Recommendation: To avoid late fees, please ensure payment is mailed early or receive a manual postmark by a postal clerk.

2026 Water Season:
- We are monitoring water levels closely and will notify you of any schedule changes.
- Expect lower-than-normal water levels and fluctuations throughout the system as we work to stretch our available supply. Flows may be less than optimum and marginally adequate. We ask for your patience and understudying as we work through these trying times.

2026 WATER SEASON:
The 2026 irrigation season started April 22nd. We are starting with our standard 14-day rotation cycle and will maintain this for as long as possible.
However, due to historically low snowpack and water levels, the irrigation season could be shortened based on water supply. Expect lower-than-normal water levels and fluctuations throughout the system as we work to stretch our available supply. Flows may be less than optimum and marginally adequate. We ask for your patience and understudying as we work through these trying times.
If you have livestock dependent on irrigation water, we recommend planning for possible alternate water source. We are monitoring water levels closely and will notify you of any schedule changes. We will likely hold a public meeting in May to keep you up to date and informed.
